铸铁气动孕育法的可行性研究

【摘要】 本文采用对比和正交试验的方法对铸铁气动孕育的可行性进行了探索。发现气动孕育无论从细化组织和提高机械性能,还是从加入量都较包内孕育有优越性。可完全克服孕育衰退,是一种理想的、十分有效的孕育方法。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the feasibility of the iron cast pneumatic inoculation through the method of contrasting and the orthogonal experiment. It is discovered that the pneumatic inoculation is superior to the ladle inoculation in either the refining of structure, or the improving of mechanical properties, or the decreasing of added inoculant in iron cast. The pneumatic inoculation can overcome inoculation fading, and therefore is an ideal and effective inoculation method.
