切变形对金属组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 压力加工各基本工序中,在变形体内,由于流速不均和流动方向不同,切变形是普遍存在的,而且在变形体的某些部位占主导地位。但是,在研究变形程度对金属组织和性能的影响时,习惯上主要考虑了线应变,而未考虑切应变。因此,生产实践中很多现象不能园满解释,也不利于指导生产和科研实践。本文结合一些挤压和模锻件实例论述了切变形对金属组织和性能的影响。

【Abstract】 In the major processes of press work, shear deformation usually occurs owing to the non-homogeneous flowing velocity and different flowing direction of metal, which plays a main role in some parts of the deformed work. But conventionally, strains (tensile and compressive strains), not shear strains, are taken into consideration when the influence of deformability on metal structure and behaviours is studied. As a result, lots of phenomena in production can not be explained satisfactorily. Undoubtedly, this will be unfavourable to production and scientific research work. In this paper, the influence of shear deformation on metal structure and behaviours is discussed with some practical examples of extrusion and die forging workpieces.
