水溶芯树脂砂型铝合金精密铸造新工艺的研究
Water-Solnble Ceramic Core and No-Bake Resin Sand Mold: ANew Technique of Aluminium Precisioin Casting
【摘要】 本文研制了水溶性陶瓷芯混合料的最佳配方,并分析了影响型芯物理化学性能的因素,为水溶性陶瓷型芯在生产中的应用和推广提供了理论依据。探讨了铝合金树脂砂溃散性差的缘因,提供了以碳酸锌为溃散剂的最佳用量,分析和考查了改善溃散性的效果。浇铸试验证明,采用本文研制的用可溶性陶瓷型芯和加溃散剂的树脂砂型,获得精密铝铸件的新工艺方法,大大简化了内腔小且对其表面质量要求高的铝合金件的生产工艺过程。
【Abstract】 A best recipe of the materials for water-soluble ceramic cores was developed. The factors affecting the physical and chemical properties of the core have been analyzed in this paper, which provides a theortical basis for its extensive application to production. The reason why the no-bake resin sand core is inferior in its shakeout property has been studied, and meanwhile an optimum amount of ZnCO3used as an additive shakeout agent has been presented. According to casting tests, it has been proved that the process of Aluminium castings with narrower inner cavities and demanding a high surface finish can be much simplified by such water-soluble ceramic cores and no-bake resin sand molds with the additive ZnCO3.
