TC4合金形变时效强化及稳定化处理的研究

【摘要】 本文对TC4(Tl—6A1—4V)合金进行了形变时效处理(850℃,900℃淬火+550℃形变25%,50%+580℃时效)以及随后的稳定化处理(350℃,450℃,10—100小时)。测定了拉伸性能,并进行了透射电子显微分析。结果表明,形变不但提高了TC4合金的强度,同时也增加了合金的热稳定性,这是由于形变引入的位错,在时效和稳定化处理过程中发生了变化,使位错结构更加稳定。

【Abstract】 A deformation-aging treatment(850℃,900℃ quenching+550℃ rolling 25%, 50%+580℃ aging) and a stabilization treatment(350℃, 450℃, 10-100h age) of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were made successively. Then its conventional mechanical properties were measured and transmission electron microstructures were analized. Experimental results indicated that the deformation not only raises the strength of the alloy, but also increases its thermostabilization. This gives rise to the occurrence of a more stable structure of dislocation caused by deformation during the aging and stabilization treatment.
