应用da/dN数学模型进行疲劳裂纹扩展计算机仿真

【摘要】 本文论述了应用文献中提出da/dN 数学模型对疲劳裂纹扩展全过程所进行的计算机仿真。仿真的主要目的是不做材料实验而用计算机仿真的方法来确定⊿Kth、⊿K(I)、⊿K(Ⅱ)和Kc。作者以关于da/dv的W模型为基础建立了仿真系统的数学模型,提出了认可仿真的标准,给出了仿真流程框图,论述了仿真程序设计中的几个问题,用ACOS—300型计算机进行了交互式仿真。仿真的结果是令人满意的,达到了预期的目的。

【Abstract】 An application of the da/dN mathematical model propsed in the references [2,11] to the computer simulation of the whole process of fatigue crack propagation is discussed in this paper. The major object of the simulation is to determiee the values ΔKth, ΔK, ΔK and Kc through a computer simulation instead of material experiments. The authors work out a mathematical model of the simulated system on the basis of the W model on da/dN, propose a criterion for the simulation, give out a simulation flowchart, and discuss the problems concerned in the simulation programming. An interactive simualation was performed in an ACOS--300 Computer. The results of simulation was satisfactory, and the expected object was attained.
