W-Al体系在合成1,2-聚丁二烯中的催化活性
AN INVESTIGATION ON THE CATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF TUNGSTEN CATALYST SYSTEM FOR THE POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE
【摘要】 <正> WCl6是优良的开环聚合催化剂,但只有一篇专利中提到用WCl6催化丁二烯的聚合得到非顺式1,4-聚丁二烯,而且活性很低.用钨化合物催化丁二烯聚合为高1,2-链节含量的聚丁二烯,则尚未有报道.我们的工作发现,WCl4(OR)2-(i-Bu)2AlOPh体系可使丁二烯在加氢汽油中聚合成1,2-链节含量在80%左右,1,2-链节的全同立构体含量达60%以上的聚丁二烯.为合成1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶开辟了一个新的催化体系.但是,初步研究结果表明:催化活性和聚合物分子量均较低.因此,本文试图探索提高催化活性和聚合物分子量的方法.
【Abstract】 The activity of WCl4(OR)2-(i-Bu)2A10R catalyst system for the polymerization of butadiene has been investigated. Effects of the coordination group of the main catalyst and co-catalyst, solvent, ageing mode and temperature of catalyst on the catalyst activity, molecular weight distribution and microstructure of polybutadiene are examined.It is found that (a) the main catalyst and/or co-catalyst containing coordination group -OPh show activity to a certalin degree; (b) the activity of catalyst system with benzene as solvent is higher than that with hydrogenated gasoline as reaction medium; (c) under the same conditions, the molecular weight distribution index of the polymer with benzene as solvent is also larger than that with hydrogenated gasoline solvent; (d)in the presence of trace monomer, butadiene, activity of the catalyst aged at room temperature is better than that aged at higher temperature, while catalyst aged in the absence of monomer is unactive.
