三苯基膦配位铂络合物催化烷氧基硅烷与α-烯烃的硅氢化反应的研究
TRIPHENYLPHOSPHINE-PLATINUM COMPLEXES FOR THE CATALYTIC HYDROSILYLATION OF α-OLEFIN WITH ALKOXYSILANE
【摘要】 在无溶剂和有氧气下,Pt(PPh3)4或 Pt(O2)(PPh3)2对α-烯烃与三乙氧基硅烷的硅氢化反应具有很高催化活性,但在惰性气氛下活性明显下降。在上述反应中这两种铂络合物的催化行为十分相似,Pt(PPh3)4的催化作用可能是在反应过程中转变为Pt(O2)(PPh3)2而实现的。反应温度60℃是较合适的。在90℃时催化剂失活,反应速度急剧降低;在30℃,反应在前期阶段进行很慢,有较长的诱导期。
【Abstract】 It has been found that both Pt(PPh3)4 and Pt(O2) (PPh3)2 are effective catalysts for the hydrosilylation of a-olefin with alkoxysilane, but the latter catalyst for hydrosilylation has never been reported in literature.In the absence of solvent, both Pt(PPh3)4 and Pt(O2) (PPh3)2 showed high catalytic activity for the hydrosilylation of a-olefin with trieth-oxysilane under oxygen atmosphere, but the catalytic activity decreased obviously when hydrosilylation reaction was carried out under inert gas atmosphere. In view of the fact that these two catalysts are quite similar in their cataiytic behavior, we believe that the catalytic action of Pt(PPh3)4 is realized by transforming itself into Pt(O2) (PPh3)2 during the course of reaction.The influence of reaction temperature on the catalytic activity of Pt(PPh3)4 for hydrosilylation was also investigated.The reaction took place rapidly at 60 ℃.At 90℃, the reaction rate decreased rapidly due to the deactivation of the catalyst, and at 30℃observed.
