KM-01镍基变换-甲烷化催化剂热稳定性的实验室考察

【摘要】 <正> 高效煤气发生炉产生的气体中,一般CO含量较高.而CO热值低、毒性大,不符合安全用气标准,故须进行二次加工,使其全部或部分进行变换-甲烷化反应.在实际使用中,自制KM-01镍基变换-甲烷化催化剂上进行的宏观反应主要有变换、甲烷化和歧化三种放热反应,故催化剂要有良好的热稳定性.

【Abstract】 Thermal stability is one of the necessary properties of the catalyst for shift-methanation. A KM-01 Ni-catalyst has been investigated on a laboratory scale under conditions similar to actual industrial process. Heat-treated at below 600℃ under atmospheric pressure, high activity for shift-methanation of the catalyst in reduced state could maintain for a rather long time. This phenomenon is completely different from that of the catalyst in oxidized state calcined at the same temperature, Pulse experiment, specific surface measurement, carbon deposit analysis and X-ray diffraction determination show that because of the carbon deposition on the catalyst surface, the variation rule of the activity of KM-01 Ni-catalyst with the heat-treatment temperature is determined mainly by the characteristics of surface carbon, and no bearing on the phase change in the catalyst. Thereby, the surface carbon mechanism of Ni-catalyst for shift-methanation is re-confirmed.
