【摘要】 分析了94例肺癌误诊原因,并提出了减少误诊、早期确立诊断的线索。导致误诊的原因有早期症状轻微及对非典型肺癌的临床表现、X线表现认识不足,对临床资料缺乏全面综合分析。早期诊断的关健是对可疑患者定期常规进行胸部X线检查及痰脱落细胞学检查。对少数诊断困难者可及早行创伤性检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 The misdi agno tic causes of 9.1 lung neopl asms wereanalysed in this article, the author also provide some clues to decrease the rate of misdi agnosing and to make an early dignosis The causes which lead to misji agnosis were slightness of symptoms in early period; normal X-ray examination in chest; inexperience to atypical lung neoplasms. The key to early diagnosis were repeated routine X-ray examination in the chest and sputum cytologic studies for all suspicio ns patients.
