【摘要】 本工作观察六种腐植酸:泥炭腐植酸、斋堂腐植酸、吐鲁番腐植酸、吐鲁番黄腐酸、斋堂黄腐酸和巩县黄腐酸对胃酸分泌的影响及泥炭腐植酸对胃泌素释放的影响。用放射免疫法测定血浆胃泌素。结果表明,六种腐植酸(50mg/kg腹腔注射)对幽门结扎大鼠胃酸分泌均有明显的抑制作用,而且腐植酸的作用程度较黄腐酸者略强些。泥炭腐植酸对胃泌素的释放没有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this investigation was to observe the influence of six kinds of humic acid (peat humic acid, Zhai Tang humic acid, Tu Lu Fan humie acid, Tu Lu Fan fulvie acid, Zhai Tang fulvic acid and Gong Xian fulvic acid)on gastric secretion and that of peat humic acid on gastrin release in rats. The gastric secretion for 4 h after pyloric ligation by Shay’s method was measured. Plasma gastrin was estimated by radioimmunoassay. The dose of humic acid was 50mg/kg i. p. The results showed that all of the six kinds of humic acid significantly reduced gastric secretion. Moreover the inhibitory intensity of humic acid was more than that of fulvie acid under our experimental conditions. The peat humic acid showed no effect on gastrin release in rats.更多还原
