酪氨酸对原代培养的胚鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的影响
THE EFFECT OF TYROSINE ON DEVELOPING CORTICAL BRAIN CELLS OF FETAL MICE
【摘要】 以15~16天孕龄胚胎小鼠大脑皮层神经细胞原代分离培养模型,观察8.6~10毫克%的酪氨酸对发育中的脑神经细胞的影响。以探讨临床新生儿一过性高酪氨酸血症产生远期智力发育障碍的机理。初步结果证实高浓度酪氨酸对细胞形态及r氨基丁酸-谷氨酸脱羧酶系统的发育无明显影响。产生远期智力发育障碍可能通过其它途径。
【Abstract】 Cerebral cortex from 15—16 days old fetal mice was utilized to prepare primary dissociated cell cultures to evaluate the effect of tyrosine (8.6—10mg%) on developing nervous cells. The morphology of cells and high affinity ~3H-GABA uptake indicated that no significant changes were observed after 7—14 days exposure to tyrosine. Glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) activity was found to have a tendency of slightly increasing instead of decreasing. This study needs further data to evaluate the relationship between elevated blood tyrosine and ultimate intellectual performance of premature infants.
