含稀土的Ni—催化剂上水蒸汽消碳动力学

【摘要】 用热重天平法研究了天津大学研制的含稀土的Ni—催化剂—REN上水蒸汽消碳动力学,并与丹麦研制的不含稀土的Ni—催化剂—RKN作了比较。得到了450~550℃及P=1atm条件下的消碳速率方程式。发现,稀土的存在使消碳活化能有所下降,但消碳的机理并末改变;水蒸汽分压对消碳速率基本上无影响。

【Abstract】 Taking the advantage of thermal microbalance the kinetics of steam gasification of carbon deposited on the Ni-Catalyst containing rare earth oxide-REN has been studied and comPared with the kinetics on the Ni-Catalyst-RKN which contains no rare earth oxide. The rate equations of decoking on REN and RKN at 450-550℃ and latm are exPressed in the following forms respectively rWE=9.08×107exP(-28000/RT) Kg(C)/Kg(cat). hr rWK=2.59×108exp(-29000/RT) Kg(G)/Kg(cat). hr We suggest that the presence of rare earth oxide at Ni-Catalyst doesn’t lead any change of mechanism of decoking. but rare earth oxide makes active energy lower. ExPrimental results show that decoking rate is essentialy indePendent of partial Pressure of water when PH20≥0.07atm。
