【Abstract】 Modified ead-to-side anastomosis for obstruction of nasolacrimal duct in 8 eyes are reported. Of these 8 eyes, 6 were completely cured and followed up for 20 years; the 7th eye was observed for 6 months and the result was good; the prognosis of the last patient was unknown.The main steps of the operation were introduced,the nasal mucosa opening was modified into a "crossed incision" which is easy to be sutured and closed better.Anatomy of the lacrimal sac, the advantage and disadvantage of the "T" shaped anastomosis as well as the conventional side-to-side anastomosis are also discussed更多还原
