【摘要】 本文测定了150正常人(300眼)及97例复发单疱病毒性角膜炎病人104眼泪液pH值。单疱角膜炎病人泪液pH值偏碱者有62眼(59.6％)与正常人比较(偏碱者仅占10.4％)有明显差异。同时测定了单疱角膜炎治疗用滴眼药液的pH值。偏酸性药液对眼的局部反应不大、而偏碱性药液则有刺激症状。文中重点讨论了干扰素滴眼液与发生刺激症状的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tear pH was determined in 150 normal persons (300 eyes) and 97 recurrent herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) patients (104 eyes) . The range of tear pH in normal persons is 6.4-7.2, with 206 eyes (68.6%) neutral, 60 eyes (20%) acidic, 31 eyes (10.4%) alkaline. In HSK patients, 62 eyes (59.6%) alkaline, having significant difference as compared to the normal persons. The pH value of common drugs used in eye drops was also determined.Drugs deviated to acidic has less irritating symptoms, whereas drugs deviated to alkaline produced irritating symptoms. The relation between IFN eye drop solution and its irritation was also discussed.更多还原
