蠕形螨实验诊断方法的改进及其应用范围

【摘要】 近年来国内各地陆续报道有关蠕形螨的感染调查,多数用压挤鼻唇沟上部或鼻翼的方法,检查压挤所得材料。鉴于该处恰为危险三角区,有炎症时更禁忌挤压。有必要考虑常用的挤压法广泛使用的安全性而予以改进。本文报告使用透明胶带条粘取鼻唇沟表面材料进行检查的结果。粘贴一夜时可查出挤压法阳性者的90.4%。作者认为胶带法不仅是一个可以广泛采用的实验诊断方法,还建议临床考虑用作辅助医疗手段。此法简便安全,痛苦少,易为患者接受,也便于开展某些试验研究。

【Abstract】 Our previous work proves that the usual pressing method in the nasolabial groove, the dangerous triangle, to obtain sebaceous secretion for laboratory diagnosis is not safe enough, as inflammation supervenes in a certain number of cases.Since 1982, the authors have tried to use gluey cellophane tape to collect the surface material from the nasolabial groove or the top of the nose. About 90. 4%(321 out of 355)have been found positive after attachment for one night.Demodex can also be found on the tape by day-time.Since a certain amount of demodex can be sticked off, the authors consider the possibility of the tape method can be used as a supplementary measure to reduce the population of demodex under appropriate arrangements.
