大鼠实验性动脉粥样硬化症的病理学研究

【摘要】 本文对大鼠动脉粥样硬化进行了病理学研究。给与大鼠致动脉粥样硬化饲料加Vit D2负荷3个月之后,主动脉形成了Mnckeberg型动脉粥样硬化。而冠状动脉则无论是病变性质还是好发部位,均形成与人冠状动脉粥样硬化症极相似的大鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化病变。实验结果及大鼠作为动物模型的优点表明:大鼠可以作为研究动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和心肌梗塞的良好的动物模型。

【Abstract】 A thereselerotic lesions were studied in rats loaded with 3.0× 105IU/kg.B. W./day of Vitamin D2 for 4 days, and then with atherogenic diet for 3 months. Pathological changes in the vascular system were observed.In the aorta, marked calcification and degeneration were seen in the elastic membranes and smooth muscle cells of the tunica media. At the same time, an apparent accumulation of lipid droplets and proliferation of collagen, elastic fibers and smooth muscle cells were also seen in the medial areas. In the thickened intima, an apparent deposition of lipid was seen.The atherosclerotic changes in the coronary arterial system occurred in rats are very similar to that in mankind.
