用高速摄影技术研究玻璃的断裂行为
A High Speed Photography for the Study of Fracture Behaviour of Glasses
【摘要】 本文用高速摄影观察玻璃的断裂过程。讨论了照明方法、照度、摄影机角度、摄影速度、光圈大小和快门速度对高速摄影中裂纹显示的影响。高速摄影技术用于揭示玻璃的断裂行为是可行的。只要摄影参数及照明选择合适,就可得到清晰的高速摄影照片,以供研究不同品种和不同工艺处理的玻璃的断裂行为。用高速摄影摄制了平板玻璃、化学强化玻璃和热强化玻璃冲击破裂的照片,初步揭示了这三种玻璃断裂过程中裂纹的产生和扩展特征,并测定了它们的裂纹扩展速度。
【Abstract】 In this article a high speed photography for observation on the fracturing process of sheet glasses has beea described. The influence of the following factors on showing of cracks by high speed photography, i. e. methods of illumination, illuminance, angles of camera,photographic speed, magnitude of iris diaphragm and speed of shutter, etc. was discussed. High speed photography was evidenoed feasible in revealling the fracture behavior of glasses. As long as parameters of photography and illumination condition are selected properly, very clear high-speed photographs will be obtained, which are good enough to be used to study on the fracture behavior of different kinds of glasses or the glasses treated with different techniques. Photographs of the fracturing process of sheet glasses,thermal tempered glasses, and chemical tempered glasses have been taken by high speed photography. The features of the ooourenoe and the extension of the cracks of the above mentioned three glasses during impact have been preliminaly revealed, and the extending speeds of the cracks of these glasses have beea measured.
