微晶玻璃表面龟裂的研究
A Study on Check Cracks on the Surface of Glass-Ceramics
【摘要】 本工作目的旨在消除MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃生产过程中产生的表面龟裂,以提高产品质量和成品率。差热分析、X-射线衍射和电子显微镜的研究表明,退火决定着玻璃的析晶过程,合理的退火工艺制度是避免微晶玻璃表面龟裂的措施之一。
【Abstract】 The purpose of present work was to avoid check cracks on the surface of glass-ceramics in MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system which usually appeared during manufacturing process, so as to improve the quality and enhance the rate of finished products. The results of DTA, X-ray diffraction and TEM examination show that the crystalline process of glass-ceramics depends upon the annealing process, so an optimum annealing schedule is ona of the important measure to avoid surface check cracks of glass-ceramics.
