搪瓷烧成温度计算方法的探讨

【摘要】 搪瓷釉的烧成过程是一种“液相烧结”过程,其传质有赖于熔体的粘性流动。根据玻璃态物质化学组成-结构-粘度-温度的一般关系,推导出计算瓷釉烧成温度(T)的经验公式 T(恒粘)=x1(X1)/S+x2(X2)/S+……式中X1、X2……为瓷釉各组分的摩尔含量,S为SiO2摩尔含量,x1、x2……为“T计算系数”。此式所采取的加和形式可以肯定。

【Abstract】 The firing of enamel frit is a process of "Liquid-phase Sintering". Its mass transfer is based on the viscous flow of the melt. On the basis of conventional relations of glassy substances, namely chemical composition-structure-viscosity-temperature, the following empirical formula for calculating enamel frit firing temperature (Ttxing) has beendeduced:T fixing(constant viscosity) = x1 -X1/S + X2 X2/S.....Where x1, x2.... are the molar quantities of enamel frit composition; S refers to the molar quantity of SiO2; while X1, X2 ....mean "coefficients of Tfxing calculation". The additive form adopted in this formula can be regarded as positive.
