【摘要】 分析自1981年1月～1985年12月共407例手足口病。对发病年龄、性别、流行季节、传染源及临床表现加以分析。在临床表现中发热占43.5%,皮疹占98.3%为主要表现,皮疹多见于手、足、臀部。口腔粘膜病变占82.1%。本病在我国自1981年陆续报道,1984年国内已从手足口病患者分离出柯萨奇A-16型病毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Jan. 1984 to Dec. 1985, 407 cases were reported. The ages, sexes, epidemic seasons, epidemiology, clinical symptoms and signs are analysed. The fever (43.5%) and the rashes (98.3) are the main symptoms,appeared mostly in the hands, feet and buttocks. The lesions in the buccal mucosa are occupied 82.1%.Since 1981, the papers of Hand-Foot-Mouth disease are continuously described. Till 1984, the coxsackie A-16 type virus is isolated from the patients of Hand-Foot-Mouth disease.更多还原
