【摘要】 本文报告了1983年10月在北京一幼儿园中由CoxA₁₆肠道病毒引起的手足口病。共发病62例,发病率达32.1%。临床表现为手、足部典型的丘疹、疱疹,口腔粘膜疹和溃疡,平均病程6.46天,预后良好。从17例病人粪便中分离出7株病毒,阳性率41.2%,均为CoxA₁₆肠道病毒。5例病人双份血清有4例中和抗体效价呈4倍增长。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the outbreak of HFMDwhich was caused by Coxsackie A₁6 virus in a Beijing kindergarten in Oct. 1983. A total of 62 cases was found with an incidence rate of 32.1%. The clinical manifestations were typical papules and herpes on hands and feet, rashes and ulcers on oral mucosa. The average course of the disease was 6.46 days with a better prognosis, Seven virus strains were isolated from 17 patient’s stool samples, all the strains were CoxA₁₆ enteric virus. The positive rate was 41.2%. Among 5 patient’s double-blood samples, 4 cases showed 4 times the increase of titre in neutralizing antibody.更多还原
