引信着靶时的动态分析与计算
CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF FUZE DYNAMIC PROJECTILE CHARACTERISTICS ON PENETRATION OF TARGET BY A TRUNCATED
【摘要】 本文根据引信设计的需要,结合引信的结构特点,对截锥形弹以低速(200~500米/秒)和高速(500~1000米/秒)贯穿薄靶板(铝板和胶合板)时的动态特性进行了分析和计算。 由于在建立模型时考虑了靶板强度效应的影响,解决了原来一些模型对低速冲击不适用的问题。通过惯性效应和强度效应的比较,从理论上证明了M.Zaid和B.Paul的试验结论:即当冲击速度高于500米/秒时可忽略强度的影响;而当冲击速度低于500米/秒时,不能忽略强度效应的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper, calculation and analysis of dynamics are made on penetration of a thin plate by truncated projectile for the sake of fuze designing. The impact velocity ranges from 200m/s to 1000m/s, including both low and high impact velocity. The target plates includethin aluminum plate and plywood.Because the strength effect of target plates is considered in the establishment of the dynamic model the problem is here seffled where some previous models are not suitable for low-velocity impact, for example: M. Zaid and B.Paul’s modelstl][2]. From comparison of inertial effect with strength effect, zaid and paul’s test conclusion, is theoretically proved viz: only when the impact velocity is more than 500m/s can the strength effect be neglected, otherwise it can not be ignored.
