含醚键二胺类为扩链剂的嵌段聚醚氨酯的合成及其性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Segmented Polyether Polyurethane Based on Diamines Containing Ether Bond as Extender
【摘要】 用腈乙基化反应由丁二醇和一缩二乙二醇制备了含醚二腈,经兰尼镍加压氢化合成了相应的含醚二胺,将此类二胺作为扩链剂分别与聚四次甲基醚二醇和4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的预聚物反应得到相应的嵌段聚醚氨酯,并制成了透明薄膜。ESCA研究表明醚键富集于膜表面,断裂伸长率均大于400%。并用复钙法测定了它们的抗凝血性能,对扩链剂中引入醚键对聚醚氨酯的性能的影响进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of the ether-containing diamines chain extender Ⅲ, Ⅳ by using butanediol and diethylene glycol reacted with acrylonitrile in the presence of sodium hydroxide as a catalyst for cyanoethylation to prepare the corresponding bisnitriles I, I first, and then by hydrogenating the bisnitriles on Raney nicle at 100℃ under 80 atrn.The segmented polyether polyurethanes SPEU-Ⅲ and SPEU-Ⅳ were synthesized by PTMG-1100, MDI and chain extender Ⅲ orⅣ(molar ratio 1:2:1). Both SPEU-Ⅲ and SPEU-Ⅳ are transparent elastomers having good blood compatibility. The surface compositions of SPEU-Ⅲ and SPEU-Ⅳ were analyzed by ESCA, which showed that the ratio of O/N on the polymer-air interface is higher than in the bulk and the ratio of O/N on the surface of SPEU-Ⅳ is higher than that of SPEU-Ⅲ.
