【摘要】 <正> 自Ewing最早提出钙化性巨细胞瘤以及Codman提出骨骺软骨巨细胞瘤(epiphysealchondromatous giant cell tumor)以后,普遍认为它是一种良性肿瘤。1942年Jaffe和Lichtenstein把这种好发于长骨骺端的肿瘤定名为软骨母细胞瘤。此后,大多数作者认为它由骺板残余所引起,而Schajawicz则认为此瘤由网状细胞诱发而来。 软骨母细胞瘤的超微结构,文献报告不多。本文就四例软骨母细胞瘤的电镜观察,叙述其超微结构特征及生物学特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrastructures of four cases of Chondroblastoma are reported. Their characteristic features are. (1) bizarre lobular nuclei, (2) fibrous lamina, (3) Calcified zone around chondroblast and (4) chondroid matrix which are produced by chondrob-last.These results support that Chondroblastoma origin from rest of epiphyseal plate.更多还原
