丙烯酸与异丁醇合成丙烯酸异丁酯的反应条件及其动力学研究
A Study on the Reaction Condtions and Kinetics of the Synthesis of iso-Butyl Acrylate from Acrylic and iso-Bctyl Alcohol
【摘要】 本文研究由丙烯酸与异丁醇合成丙烯酸异丁酯的反应条件及其动力学。研究表明,只要把酯化反应生成的水及时排除出反应体系,便可使丙烯酸异丁酯的水解减少,从而使丙烯酸的转化率达99%以上,酯的收率达95%以上。通过正交设计,确定酯化反应的最佳条件:酯化反应温度80~83℃,原料中丙烯酸/异丁醇(摩尔比)为1.1~1.2,催化剂用量(重量百分数)1%~1.5%,酯化反应速度方程为
【Abstract】 The reaction conditions and kinetics of the synthesis of iso—butyl acrylate from acrylic acid and iso—butyl alcohol are studied. The results show that if the water formed during esterification is removed in tmie, the hydrolysis of iso-butyl acrylate will be minimized, hence the transition rate will reach over 99% and the yield of ester will be more than 95%. Through orthogonal designing, the optimum conditions of esterification are defined:the esterification temperature should be 80-83℃, the molar ratio of acrylic acid/iso-butyl alcohol in raw material is about 1.1-1.2 and the dosage of catalysts 1-1.5%(by weight). The esterification rate equation is given.
