【Abstract】 IgA/EA antibodies of Epstien-Barr virus was examined in sera, were treated with anti-human IgG or SPA,by immunoenzymatic test. 92% of 82 NPC patients were positive with a GMT of 1:89 in sera treated with anti-human IgG, while only 73% of untreated sera were positive with a GMT of 1:25. IgA/EA antibody was demonstrated in 15 additional sera from NPC patients after treatment with anti-human IgG. These data indicate that the modified method is more sensitive for the detection of IgA/EA antibodies.更多还原
