【摘要】 本文采用放射免疫测定法,测定八只未孕雌性大鼠子宫和肾上腺、八只妊娠8～10天的大鼠胎盘和肾上腺、八只雄性大鼠肾上腺中β-内啡肽样免疫活性物质(βEndorphin like immunoreactivity,β-EpLI)分布.结果表明,所测大鼠子宫、胎盘和肾上腺组织中皆分布有β-EpLI.大鼠肾上腺中的β-EpLI含量无性别差异,而且不受妊娠因素的影响.更多还原
