【Abstract】 A retrospective survey of occupational tumors occurring in the workers contacting chlorobutadiene for 14 years was done. The results demostrated that the mortality rate from cancer was 64.88/10~5 among these workers showing no significant difference from the mortality rate of cancer of Qingdao’s residents which was 118.21/10~5. The average age of cancer onset of the persons exposed to chlorobutadiene was 47.52±4.82 years,while that of persons who were not exposed to chlorobutadiene was 50.96±2.38 years.
