胸腺内细胞成分变异的探讨

【摘要】 本文报导560例20岁以下、因57种疾病死亡的尸解病例中,胸腺细胞成分的变异.皮质淋巴细胞明显减少者162例(28.9%),有4例发现苏木素深染淋巴细胞群集小体,疑为淋巴细胞恢复增生的图象,形态变异呈多分叶核型,出现嗜酸性粒细胞者有285例(50.9%),以3岁以下幼儿多见.位于小叶间隔与髓质交界处,淋巴细胞减少时,见于小叶内,与变态反应及寄生虫疾患无关.巨噬细胞及上皮网状细胞于淋巴细胞减少时显露,小叶纤维化后消失,呈不可逆性病理退化.

【Abstract】 The alterations of cellular components of thymus in 560 necropsies, classified into 57 different kinds of diseases, in patients under 20 years of age were analyzed and reported in this paper. Severe decrease in the amount of cortical lymphocytes were found in 162 cases(28.9%). Deeply hematoxylin-stained bodies composed of lymphocytes were found in 4 cases which may be recognized as an uncommon type of hyperplasia of cortical lymphocytes. The multilobated type of nuclei revealed the morphologic alteration of lymphocytes. Eosinophiles were found in 285 cases(50.9%), most frequently in thymus of children under 3 years of age, and they were located mostt frequently in the borderline of lobularsepta and medulla. When the lymphocytes in the cortex were decreased severely the eosinophiles could be found in the lobuli, which were not related to the allergic diseases and parasitic infections. When lymphocytes were depleted,the phagocytes and epithelial reticular cells could beeasily found. When the lobuli were fibrosed, the epithelial reticular cells were disappeared andthe irreversible stage issued.
