【摘要】 1981年2月至1985年8月对95例患者(宫颈癌Ⅰb期56例,Ⅱa期21例,Ⅱb期6例以及子宫内膜癌Ⅱ期12例)行广泛性全子宫切除和盆腔淋巴清除术,其并发症总发生率62.10%(51/95)。其中尿路感染、尿潴留、尿瘘、深静脉栓塞和淋巴囊肿等并发症就其原因和防治方法进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Between February 1981 and August 1985, improved Wertheirn hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenctomy were employed in 83 Cervical carcinomas and 12 endometrial carcinomas. Complications were found in association with 62.10% of cases ( 51/95 ). They consisted of infections of urinary tract, embolism of deep venous, uroschesis, fistulas of urinary tract abd lym-phacyst.
