【摘要】 从1966.1—1984.5,我院使用前额皮瓣修复头颈癌术后缺损35例。其中13例作鼻的重建,11例为修复口颊洞穿性缺损,8例为整复眼眶缺损,3例作其他修复。 我们认为:前额皮瓣由于其丰富血循宜用于面部和口腔各种缺损的即时重建及鼻的再造。前额的要缺点是额部明显疤痕,但通过帽子或头发装饰能以改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 26 total and 9 partial forehead skin flaps were used forrepairing the postoperative defects in 35 cases of head and neck carcinoma at our hospital from January 1965 through August 1984.Of 35 cases, 13 were used as nasla reconstruction, 11 for repairing the through and through cheek defect, 8 for filling defect of eye -socket, and 3 for the others. The results were all but one successful.It has been shown that the forehead stin flap in applicable to repairing the different types of defects immedeate of on the face and oral cavity immediately ofter the radial operation and alse reconstruction of the nose as well, because of its rich vascular supply, its compatible colour and excellent texture, the main disadvantage is the feature of the forehead being changed. But it can be modified by cosmetic hair dressing or putting a cap on.更多还原
