【摘要】 本文报告用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,分析我院住院24例消化道癌肿患者血清Zn、Cu、Fe三种元素含量,并与同期住外科治疗的14例胃溃疡病人及本地区11例健康成人作比较分析。其结果显示:胃癌和胃溃疡患者血清Zn均低于正常成人(P<0.01,P<0.001),但两种病人之间无差异意义(P>0.05);胃癌患者血清Cu明显高于溃疡病人及正常成人(P<0.001);血清Cu/Zn比值在不同人群中均有极显著的差异(P<0.01),其平均值,在胃癌、溃疡病及正常成人分别为2.837±0.827μg/dl,1.405±0.239μg/dl及1.00±0.11μg/dl;Fe在三种人群中均无明显差异意义 (P>0.05)。胃癌与胃溃疡血色素含量存在明显差异性,胃癌病人血色素平均9.456g％显著低于溃疡病人的平均值10.992g％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Zinc, Copper and iron levels in plasma of 24 surgicalpatients were examined by mears of atomic absorption spectrophotomet ry and compared with thoes of 113 healthy adults in the same arca. The levels in the patients with gastric carcinoma were compared with those in gastric ulcer at the same hospitaliged time. The results of the examinations showed that the plasma Zinc levels in patients with gastric carcinoma and ulcer were not significant difference, (P>0.05). but both were lower than those in healthy adults. ( P<0.01). While the plasma copper in patients with gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in patients with gastric ulcer or healthy adults. (P<0.001) There were quite significant difference in rates in Cu/Zn among three different groups (P<0.01 > gastric carcinoma: gast ric ulcer: healthy adults, 2.837+0.827 : 1.405±0.239 : 1.00±0.11. No significant changes of the plasma iron levels were found among those three groups.
