火柴厂木梗浸蜡蘸药车间空气中致突变物质的小鼠骨髓细胞微核检测
THE MUTAGENIC SUBSTANCES IN PAPAFFIN VAPOR IN A MATCH PLANT DETECTED BY MICRONUCLEI TEST IN MICE
【摘要】 作者调查了在三个火柴厂某些车间工作10—16年的一组工人的肺癌高发率。两组实验小鼠分别在火柴厂某些车间和本院动物室交配、繁殖,实验的第17天,石蜡炉旁繁殖的小鼠的骨髓细胞微核率(6.875±2.893/1000细胞)明显高于对照组(1.375±0.144/1000细胞),P<0.01;而实验的第67天,再作第二次微核检测,在检前14天将实验小鼠移至炉外石蜡稀少处,结果,此组小鼠的骨髓细胞微核率下降至对照组水平,这说明在石蜡之中存在某些可疑的致突变物。减少石蜡炉旁的石蜡密度有利于肺癌的预防。
【Abstract】 High incidence of lung cancer was observed in the workersworking for 10to 16 years in 3 match plants. Two groups of mice were breeded in certain workshop of a match plant and in the animal house in our institute separatively. On the 17th day of the experiment, the micronuuclei ( MN) rate of bone marrow cells of the mice breeded near the paraffin heaters in a workshop was significantly higher (6.875±2.893/1000 cells) than those of the control group (1.375±0.144/1000 cells), P<0.01. On 67th day of the experiment, the mice had been removed far from paraffin heaters for 14 days, the MN rate reduced to the level of the control group. It skowed that certain kinds of mutagens are present in the paraffin vapor, reduction of the density of paraffin vapor may he favorable in the prevention of lung cancer.
