【摘要】 本文收集我院1964年1月至1978年12月有病理证实的外耳道和中耳恶性肿瘤68例。 外耳道、中耳恶性肿瘤五年生存率为47.1％(32/68)十年生存率为(28％)(11/50)。 本文重点讨论外耳道及中耳恶性肿瘤的治疗方法、疗效和影响放射治疗疗效因素,治疗方式:单纯放射治疗、术后放疗二组五年生存率均为47.1％(16/34)。剂量:单纯放射治疗和术后放疗最适宜剂量似乎以5000—6000rads/4—6周为好,此处还讨论其它影响疗效因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper 68 cases of patholygial confirmed malignant tumors of middle ear and external auditory cannal in our hospital from Jan. 1964 to Dec. 1978 were collected. For these two malignant tumors the 5 and 10 year survival rate were 47.1% (32/68) and 28% (11/50), respectively. Half of these cases were treated by radiation alone and the other half by radiation postoperatively. The 5-year survial rate of the two groups were 47.1%.The factors influencing prognosis and the method of treatment were discussed. The optimum dose seemed to be 5,000-6,000 Rads in 4-6 weeks.更多还原
