悬浮浇注对ZG35凝固特性及机械性能的影响

【摘要】 通过ZG35阶梯形试样研究了悬浮浇注对凝固特性、宏观组织和机械性能的影响.实验表明:悬浮浇注增大凝固时期冷却强度,缩短凝固时间,增大体积凝固倾向;减少缩孔体积并提高缩孔位置,增加密度;减少柱状晶区,增加等轴晶区;提高机械性能.对此,文中进行了理论分析,并推荐了几组可获得较好效果的工艺参数.

【Abstract】 The effect of suspension casting on solidification characteristics, macrostructu res and mechanical properties of ZG35 steel was studied with step test specimens. It was shown through tests that with suspension casting, cooling strength during solidification was increased; solidification time was shortened; volumetric solidification tendency was increased; volume of shrinkage cavities was reducedj location of the cavities was raised; density was increased with column crystal region reduced,axial crystal region enlarged and crystals refinedjand mechanical properties was heightened. Thus through theoretic analysis,the paper recommended some series of technical data which would achieve better results.
