【摘要】 奥氏体——贝氏体球铁是一种新型的球铁材料,以高韧性和高强度为主要特征.其基本组织为无碳化物铁素体和奥氏体构成的复相组织.但是,通常在奥氏体相中存在一定量的细小高碳马氏体(P1ate Martensite).文中讨论了热处理工艺对这种球铁的显微组织的影响和确定最佳热处理参数,合金化等有关问题.

【Abstract】 Austenite-bainite ductile cast iron is a kind of new type bainitic ductile irons, it is characterized mainly by high ductility and high strength, which associated with a double-phase matrix consisting of carbide-free ferrite and austeaite.However, there may be some tiny plate martensite in the austenite phase generally. The influence of heat treatment process on the microstructure, the optimum heat treatment parameters, the addition of alloy elements and other related problems have been discussed in the paper.
