精密机械用铸铁的应力松弛特性的研究

【摘要】 作者根据精密机械铸件的高尺寸稳定性的要求,提出用铸铁材料的应力松弛特性来表征其常温蠕变性能。确立了评价应力松弛的性能指标;建立了应力松弛性能的测定方法及相应的装置,并对各种材质的松弛性能作了对比试验;较系统地试验研究了各种牌号灰铸铁的应力松弛特点及影响规律。得到了明确的结论,为精密机械设计提供了一些有参考价值的数据。

【Abstract】 AbstractBased on the high requirement tor dimensional reliability of the castings is precision machinery,it has been suggested that the ’’reep property of cast iron at ambient tempera turc may serve as the measurement of its stress relaxation characteristics. The criterion to estimate the stress relaxation characteristics has been established.By developing the method and devicf for measuring the stress relaxation characteristics,systematic experiments on comparing the ’tress relaxation characteristics of various gray iron has been made, and thus.some rules ar disclosed and valuable data for Qesigning precision machinery are offered
