【Abstract】 134 cases of retained biliary stones were performed with infusing dissolution,among which 29 cases were common bile duct stones and 103 were intrahepatic stones associated with extrahepatic stones in most of the cases. All the cases were observed with retrograde cholagiography and some of them with cholagioscopy before and after the infusion therapy to detect the number,size and location of retained biliary stones. The emulsion consists of orange-peel oil and EDTA-cholic acid at the ratio of 1:9.The major component of orange-peel is limonene,the purity and property of which are similar to Refchole. During the therapy,each patient was infused with the emulsion through various drainage tubes at a rate of 6～8 drops/min and with a total volume of 50ml within 3～4 hours every day or every other day.After 13.5±9.1 infusions the retained stones in biliary tracts disappeared in 52 cases(38.8%)and became lesser and smaller significantly in 60 cases(44.8%),making a total effective rate of 83.6%.No serious side effects were seen,except some disturbances of digestive functions,such as epigastric distension or various degrees of abdominal pain,and some times nausea or vomiting in a few cases.However,most patients gradually became tolerable during the therapy.更多还原
