【摘要】 本文通过对728例脾胃虚弱型和296例肝胃不和型胃脘痛病人的胃粘膜多部位活检,进行病理组织学观察及对比,发现两型在浅表性炎、固有腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生及非典型性增生等病变的部位、程度上,前者均重于后者,差异显著或极显著。认为两型胃脘痛的上述改变,是胃脘痛由实证演变为虚证的物质基础之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the patho-morphological changes of gastric mucosal poly-place biopsy specimens from 728 patients with the symptom-complex of asthenia of the spleen and stomach (脾胃虚弱型)and 296 patients with the symptom-complex of dominant liver-energy attacking stomach (脾胃不和型).Through observation and comparison of the different changes in the two groups,we found that the detection rates of moderate superficial gastritis,infiltration of plasmacyte in body lesser curvature,atrophy of gland propria in body,severe atrophy of gland propria,hyperplasia of muscularis mucosae in antropyloric lesser curvature,severe intestinal metaplasia,moderate atypical hyperplasia and atypical hyperplasia in body in patients with the symptom-complex of asthenia of the spleen and stomach are higher than those in patients with the symptom-complex of dominant liver-energy attacking stomach.There are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05—0.01). A preliminary discussion about the results suggests that the changes of gastric mucosa mentioned above may be one of the material bases of stomachache evolution from excess or sthenia syndrome to deficiency syndrome.更多还原
