【Abstract】 In order to make full use of the nutrients of oil cakes, which are left over after rapeseed Processing and ready to serve as feed or food, the authors focus their attention on the following: ( 1 ) the effect of rapeseed oil extraction technology upon protein nutrient; (2) the change mechanism of various kinds of anti-nutritional factors in rapeseed and its effect upon nutrition; (3) the "double low" variety of raPeseed; ( 4 ) the method of de-toxicating rape cakes and ( 5 ) the results of the Preliminary experiment in Preparing rape oil and rape Protein as feedstuff by way of water solvent extraction.更多还原
