【摘要】 <正> 放射性股骨颈骨折已有较多报道,而放射性肋骨、锁骨骨折报道较少。在高能射线应用后放射野的设置已改进,避免了直接照射股骨颈,因此放射性股骨颈骨折已很少发生。但肋骨、锁骨在放疗时不能避免直按照射,随着肺癌治疗后生存期的延长,乳癌应用放疗增多,预期肋骨、锁骨的放射性骨折将会增多。放射性骨折可能误诊为肿瘤侵犯而给以不必要的放疗使放射损伤更为加重,故应鉴更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve cases of fracture of the rib or clavicle following irradiation are reported. Inthe literature many reasons have been suggested explaining irradiation fractures. Webelive that injury to the vessels in osseous tissue is the main cause. The purpose of thispaper is to call attention to the existence of irradiation fracture of the rib or clavicle aswell as the importance of differentiation from metastatic cancer in order to avoid unneces-sary additional irradiation therapy.更多还原
