【摘要】 木文报道78例在全身麻醉下应用硝普钠施行控制性低血压的体会。本组病例手术及麻醉方式相同、病人年龄体重接近、病理生理状态基本一致。平均失血量为107.74±81.59ml,其中67％的病例在100ml以下。与对照组相比,失血量约减少一半,硝普钠平均用量为0.1592±0.08mg/kg(每分钟2.4679±0.911μg/kg),为安全剂量的1/10。本组无一例发生术后继发性出血,恢复顺利。作者认为术中常规心电监测是掌握重要脏器血液灌流状态的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experience in 78 patients undergoing cleft palate surgery in controlled hypotensive anesthesia with sodium nitroprusside (SNP) was reported. Intrao-perative blood losses decreased from 196±44.6ml in the normotensive group to 107.74±59ml in the hypotensive group and in 67% of the latter cases the blood losses were under 100ml. The mean total dose of SNP was 0.1592±0.08mg/kg ( 2.4679±0.911μg/kg/min ), being well within the safety limits of this drug.The arterial pressure all returned to the pre-hypotensive levels after ceasa-tion of SNP infusion. No postoperative hemorrhage occurred. All patients recovered without incident. The awakening time, postoperative hepatic and renal function tests were compared with a series using same kind of anesthesia but without controlled hypotension. Results suggest that no specific postoperative complication may be attributed to hypotensive anesthesia.更多还原
