灵芝对小鼠免疫细胞的作用

【摘要】 薄盖灵芝菌丝体抽提物可以明显地促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞饮率和溶酶体酶的活性,亦可以抑制淋巴细胞DNA的合成。对刀豆蛋白大肠杆菌内毒素所导致的淋巴细胞转化灵芝提取液表现出明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Ganoderma is a famous medicinal fungus in China. It was recorded in traditional Chinese medical literatures and classified as a tonic invigorating bodily constitution and improving mental functions.Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng is now produced by agitative fermentation method in Institute of Materia Medica. The extract of its mycelium increased the pinocytic rate and activities of lysosomal enzymes of murine peritoneal macrophages and stimulated residual macrophages in mice. In the experiments of lymphocytes, the mycelial extract of Ganoderma inhibited the biosynthesis of DNA of lymphocytes, evidently.To lymphocyte transformation caused by Con A and endotoxin of Escherichia coli, Ganoderma extract also showed a very significant inhibitory effect.
