【Abstract】 Three McAbs (E3A4, E3B3, E3B2) and 5 kinds of coating antibodies (E3A4, E3B3, E3B2, McAb mixture, PcAb) were used in ELISA to detect human serum IgE. Optimal conditions for McAb ELISA determined and 42 blood samples test ed. The results show that: 1) McAb ELISA is more sensitive (0.24-0.46IU/ml) than PcAb ELISA (1.25IU/ml); 2) the IgE values of samples are lower with McAb mixture than with PcAb, lowest with E3A4, but higher with E3B3 and E3B2;3) McAb ELISA is specific for human serum IgE. Authors suggest that McAb can replace PcAb in ELISA to detect human serum IgE.更多还原
