一株具有特殊生物学性状的EB病毒

【摘要】作者分离出一株具有特殊生物学性状的EB病毒,H₁₈株。该株不同于其它EB病毒株,可转化人脐带血淋巴细胞,也能再感染Raji细胞,并诱导EA合成。它的形态与前已报道的EB病毒相同;H₁₈细胞株的核型为人型,男性。有关H₁₈株的生化和免疫学持征正在研究中。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new strain of EB virus, H18, was isolated from a human lympheblastoid cell line. Cytogenetical data indicated that the cell line was of male human type, being accord with the history of establishing of this cell line. Unlike other EB virus, this isolate can both transform human cord blood lymphocytes and superin-fect Raji cells and then induce EA on Raji cells. Data from electromicroscopic studies showed that H18 virus had the similar morphology with EB virus described in literature. Further biochemical analysis of H18 virus is now underway.更多还原
