【摘要】 利用原子吸收分光光度计测定全血和血浆中镁离子含量,然后根据两者的结果计算出红细胞内镁离子的含量。全血和血浆镁测量的变异系数(CV)分别为3.24％和3.55％,回收率分别为102.0％和107.1％。本文报告应用此法测定的30例21～62岁正常妇女全血、血浆以及红细胞内镁离子含量:全血1.512mM/I、血浆0.946mM/1、红细胞内2.395mM/1。作为我们今后此项检查的正常对照值,并与国外有关资料作了扼要比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method of determination of magnesium concentrations in human blood and plasma with atomic absorption spectrophotometry is described. Intracellular RBC magnesium is calculated by subtraction of plasma concentration from that of whole blood. The C.V. of blood and plasma magnesiums are 3.24 and 3.55%, and reco-verabilities of the method 102.0 and 107.1% respectively. Concentrations of magnesium of blood, plasma and RBC were examined in 30 normal women, the blood, plasma and RBC magnesium being 1.512, 0.946 and 2.395mM respectively.
