【Abstract】 Transplantation of hepatocytes isolated from diethylnitrosamine initiated SDN : SD rats to syngeneic animals was performed by Laishes method. After inoculation of hepatocytes, the experimental host rats were fed with 0.02% thioacetamide drinking water for 3 weeks. Four weeks after ceasation of thioacetamide treatment,there were more γ-GT positive liver cell foci (areas) developed in the experimental animals than that of the control.This result indicated that thioacetamide revealed a promotive effect on the growth of inoculated preneoplastic hepatocytes in rats.更多还原
