江苏麦类禾谷镰刀菌酯酶同工酶测定

【摘要】 对江苏省收集的254个禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)菌株进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,测定酯酶同工酶。结果表明:1.供试菌株的酶谱可以分为5个类型。类型Ⅰ具有E11、E7、E6、E5、E4五条主酶带,占总菌株数的49.61%,类型Ⅱ比类型Ⅰ少酶带E5,占28.74%;类型Ⅲ少E4或E6;类型Ⅳ少E4和E5或E5和E7;类型Ⅴ少E11。2.菌株主酶带的多少和颜色的深浅,特别是主酶带E5的有无与致病力的强弱有关。3.根据各地酶谱类型的分布,对照1978~1982年江苏麦类禾谷镰刀菌致病性鉴定的结果分析,可以看出,我省各地禾谷镰刀菌系致病力的强弱与酯酶同工酶主酶带的不同有关。

【Abstract】 The esterase isoenzymes of 254 isolates of Fusarium graminearum Schw.from 59 cities in Jiangsu was studied with disc and slab polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis.The results of the experiments show that main bands of esterase iso-enzymes of the strains of Fusarium geaminearum are E11,E7,E6,E5 andE4 and could be differentiated into 5 types in according to the main bands.TypeⅠhas 5 main banbs E11,E7,E6,E5 and E4 including 126 strains,which is the main type of Fusarium graminearum.Type Ⅱ has 4 main bandsE11,E7,E6 and E4.Type Ⅲ has 4 main bands E11,E7,E6,E5 or E11,E7,E5,E4.Type Ⅳ has 3 main bands E11,E7,E8 or E11,E6,E4.Type Ⅴ has4 main bands E7,E6,E5 and E4,but not E11.The results also show that the pathogenicity of the strains of Fusa-rium graminearum is related with the main bands E5 and the dark colourof esterase isoenzymes.
