【摘要】 1979～1983年,从山东省主要病区采集的玉米茎基腐病病株分离得到的菌种有腐霉菌、禾谷镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌以及其它真菌。这些菌种经室内、外多次土壤接种试验表明,只有瓜果腐霉菌Pythium aphanidermatum(Edson)Fitzpatrick 和禾谷镰刀菌Fusarium graminearum Schw.两种,对玉米苗期和成株期具有较高的致病力。如两种菌混合接种,则有加重发病的趋势。因此,可以初步认为玉米茎基腐病是以瓜果腐霉菌为主,与禾谷镰刀菌复合侵染而引起的玉米病害。更多还原

【Abstract】 The root and basal stalk rot of corn is one of the most serious di-seases of corn in China in recent years.From 1979—1983,252 diseases samples were collected from severalareas in Shandong province.Results of isolation and inculation test in la-boratory and field proved that the main pathogenic fungi are Pythium ap-hanidermaturn(Edson)Fitzp.and Fusarium graminearum Schw.,but the pa-thogenicity of Pythium aphanidermatum is stronger.更多还原
