应用自适应噪声抵消系统作胎儿心电信号处理以实现胎儿监护
FETAL ECG SIGNAL PROCESSING FOR IMPLEMENT OF FETAL MONITORING BY USING OF ADAPTIVE NOISE CANCELLING SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文探讨了用自适应噪声抵消法处理腹部胎儿心电(FECG)信号,以便从中取得瞬时胎心率(FHR)信息。采用各向不均匀步长的‘窗口’技术,改善了LMS自适应算法的收敛速度;讨论了电极位置的选择问题;提出用宫底电极获取参考信号;并针对主信号与参考输入间存在的随机延迟采用自适应的延迟补偿。这些措施改善了对非平稳过程的适应能力,使提取的胎儿心电信号质量显著提高。临床试验表明,这种方法简单可靠,适应非平稳信号的能力强、且有可能实现实时处理。
【Abstract】 ABSTRACTIn this paper abdominal fetal ECG signal processing by use of adaptive noise cancellation for obtaining the instantaneous fetal heart rate information is discussed. The application of "window" technique which makes the step lengths in different directions unequal improved the convergence rate of LMS adaptive algorithm. The selection of location of electrodes isdiscussed. The adaptive compensation of random time delay between the primary input and reference input is used. All these procedures have improved the adaptive tracking ability of non-stationary process and the quality of FECG signal extraction. The results of clinical experiments indicate that this system is simple, reliable, and adaquate for non-stationarysignal, and possible to realize the real time processing.
